Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MZS) considers tactless to debate with Russian Ministry on the occasion of the Holodomor in 1932-33.
Andriy Deshchycya, the Head of MZS press service, claimed this during the briefing and added that there is no more question of Holodomor recognition in Ukraine, because it has been already recognized. This is according Obkom referring to Ukrainian news agency.
"I want to give a friendly piece of advice to my Russian colleagues that they read history. To break windows is not an approach, an approach is to study history,” he said.
It is known that Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs blamed Ukraine for speculation of the Holodomor case and claimed that it offended other nations who were the victims of famine.
In its turn, MZS of Ukraine will officially present its position on actions that happened in Ukrainian cultural center (devastation of exhibition dedicated to Holodomor) and application of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the Holodomor in Ukraine.
