Donetsk Rada System Malfunctions

The Verkhovna Rada’s electronic voting system was not the only one which malfunctioned. So did the Donetsk Rada voting system.

None of the 105 registered MPs could vote in the secretariat election.

Although the MPs did everything right, the Rada’s panel showed no result.

Finally, MPs voted by a show of hands.
