[ 0 ]The secretariat of President Viktor Yushchenko prepared a petition to the Verkhovna Rada about appointing current deputy Prosecutor General Mykola Holomsha a new Prosecutor General. It is reported by Kommersant-Ukraine. People’s Self-Defense representatives who expected that one of their members will be appointed for this post have taken this decision of the Secretariat as a violation of informal arrangements.
