Quote from Kuleba: "Residents of Kyiv Oblast!

I would like to remind you that a curfew is in place in the oblast from 23:00 until 5:00 in the morning.

This means that during those hours it is forbidden to be outside. I ask you to take this seriously and observe the curfew!

I would also like to stress that we are strengthening checks of curfew compliance. Law enforcement officers will be even stricter in ensuring there are no people without special permits on the streets. This is for your own safety: sabotage groups are working in the oblast and the threat of provocations is ever present.

Please remember to observe blackouts at night and do not ignore air-raid alerts!"

Background: On 16 May, the duration of curfew in Kyiv Oblast was shortened by one hour. Before that date, curfew was set to begin at 22:00 each day.
