Those liable for military service require a permit to leave their place of residence – Valerii Zaluzhnyi

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi has said that conscripts and those liable for military service who plan to leave their districts and regions must obtain permits from territorial recruitment centres during wartime.

Quote from the Commander-in-Chief: "Dear citizens – conscripts and those liable for military service! I remind you that we are at war. Your state needs you!

All those who are still not on the military register or have not been reinstated should do so. Those of you who plan to travel outside your districts and regions should get permission from the territorial recruitment centre."

Details: Zaluzhnyi has published relevant documents regulating the procedure of granting a permit.

The Commander-in-Chief has also assured that "no instructions were given to prevent the movement of persons in the coming days by the military command."
