Despite the fact that "partial mobilisation" in Russia was announced only a week ago, the first groups of mobilised reservists have already arrived at the front in Ukraine.

Quote from Haidai: "Russia announced partial mobilisation only a week ago, but the first mobilised troops have already arrived at the front. In particular, the 1st Tank Regiment of the 2nd Motor Rifle Division of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the Russian Federation has received reinforcements.

They have received no training at all. Neither have those who have been forcibly mobilised in the occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast.

But there’s no good news for them. Only for us."

Details: Haidai recalled that President Zelenskyy said that "[Ukrainian forces] are moving forward and liberating our land" in his address on 27 September.

The head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration added that Ukrainian aircraft had carried out 17 airstrikes on Russian forces on 27 September, striking 14 areas of concentration of Russian military personnel and equipment, 3 strong points and 7 anti-aircraft missile systems.

In addition, Ukrainian air defence forces struck down a Russian aircraft, 6 UAVs and a Kh-59 guided cruise missile.

Ukraine’s Rocket Forces and Artillery struck 12 areas where Russian military personnel, weapons and equipment were concentrated and 4 anti-aircraft systems, ammunition storage points and electronic warfare systems (in particular, a Zhitel communication jamming station).

Over the course of the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled Russian attacks in the vicinity of Zaitseve, Maiorsk, Zalizne, Mykolaivka Druha, Pervomaiske, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka and Bezimenne.

Meanwhile, Russian forces fired on the following cities, towns and villages:

  • On the Kramatorsk front: Ridkodub, Katerynivka, Staryi Karavan, Holubi Ozera, Verkhnokamianske, Dvorichne, Dronivka, Zakitne and Minkivka;
  • On the Bakhmut front: Spirne, Siversk, Serebrianka, New-York, Bakhmutske, Vesela Dolyna, Yakovlivka, Bilohorivka, Rozdolivka, Bakhmut and Soledar.
