Ukrainian defenders boost fortifications along border with Belarus to maximum – border guards

The defence forces of Ukraine are strengthening fortifications all along the Belarusian border, increasing the defence capability of military units and constantly observing approaches to the Ukrainian border.

Details: It is reported that the National Guard of Ukraine and the police have destroyed access roads, put up needed defence elements and are engineering barriers in the border area of the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone.
They are also constantly monitoring approaches to the border.
Quote from Serhii Deineko, Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine: "This front remains as threatening as other fronts. We all remember that Belarus let the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation invade our country through the Chornobyl Zone. At the moment, the border along the Exclusion Zone is fortified."
