Ukrainian defenders kill 530 occupiers and destroy 23 artillery systems in a day

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost about 65,850 soldiers, 2,548 tanks and 5,219 armoured combat vehicles.

Details:  Total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February and 18 October 2022 are estimated to be [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses - ed.]:

• 1,622 (+23) artillery systems;
• 372 (+6) multiple-launch rocket systems;
• 188 (+1) air defence systems;
• 268 (+0)  fixed-wing aircraft;
• 242 (+0) helicopters;
• 1,276 (+35) operational-tactical UAVs;
• 318 (+2) cruise missiles;
• 16 (+0) ships/boats;
• 3,985 (+16) vehicles and tankers;
• 144 (+0) special vehicles and other equipment.
