Russia strikes vehicle operated by municipal workers in Kherson Oblast, killing one

Russian forces attacked a vehicle belonging to municipal workers at the entrance to the village of Novovorontsovka on 18 November, killing a 61-year-old municipal worker.

Details: Prokudin reported that the Russian strike killed a 61-year-old municipal worker.

Another municipal worker, aged 50, sustained blast injuries and concussion and is now in hospital.

Background: On 18 November, the city of Kherson was partially left without electricity due to a Russian attack.
