Quote from Kuleba: "Overnight, Russia once again carried out a large-scale combined attack with drones and missiles on Ukrainian cities and hromadas. Among the targets was critical and civilian infrastructure." [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Details: Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih, Poltava and Donetsk oblasts, as well as the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, came under attack.

One person was killed, and others were injured as a result of Russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia Oblast. In the city of Zaporizhzhia, heating was temporarily suspended in part of the city due to power outages. Backup power sources have been activated.

The Russians again targeted railway infrastructure in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk oblasts. Overnight, a UAV struck the territory of a children's railway in Kharkiv Oblast. Fortunately, there were no casualties, the minister said.

"The aggressor is deliberately striking facilities on which people's daily lives depend – heat, electricity, water, transport. This is targeted terrorism against civilians," he stressed.

Kuleba added that all appropriate services are working on the ground. Restoration and stabilisation efforts are ongoing.
