Russia strikes farms in Chernihiv Oblast: farm worker killed, tractor driver injured

Russian forces attacked the village of Lukniv in the Korop hromada, Chernihiv Oblast, on the morning of 27 May, killing a woman who worked at a pig farm and seriously injuring a tractor driver.

Details: According to Seliverstov, Russian forces struck the village between 08:10 and 08:15. The type of weapon used is still being determined.

The attack destroyed facilities belonging to local businesses, including a pig farm and a cattle farm.

Quote: "Sadly, the attack claimed a life – a 49-year-old woman who worked at a pig farm has been killed. In addition, a tractor driver, 39, suffered severe head injuries. The man is currently being transported in a serious condition to the Chernihiv Regional Hospital to receive emergency medical treatment."

Background: Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on Chernihiv on the night of 26-27 May, damaging the premises belonging to a company, warehouses, houses and vehicles.
