Quote from Filashkin: "The decision has been approved by the Coordination Headquarters for Evacuation Measures and Effective Response to Mass Population Displacement established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

It applies to specific streets in Sloviansk, Kramatorsk and Bilenke, as well as the entire territories of Pryvillia and Malotaranivka."

Details: Filashkin described the decision as difficult but necessary, stressing that the primary objective is to protect children.

The evacuation will be carried out with the accompaniment of parents, legal guardians or other authorised caregivers.

Local military administrations, the police, emergency services, social services and child protection authorities will all be involved in the process. Evacuees will be accompanied from the moment of departure until arrival at reception centres and subsequent accommodation in safer regions.

Filashkin urged parents not to delay evacuation and not to put their children at risk.

Background: On 2 June, Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, announced that the regional Defence Council had decided to expand the mandatory evacuation zone in the Zolochiv area.
