Government Terminates Cooperation Agreement with Russia on Youth Policy

The Cabinet of Ministers terminated a cooperation agreement with the Russian Federation on youth policy during the government meeting on Wednesday, July 27, Ukrinform reports.

The Minister of Youth and Sports Ihor Zhdanov said in his speech that all cooperation on youth policy between his Ministry and the corresponding structures in the Russian Federation was de-facto stopped after the beginning of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

"As the armed aggression is continuing, we need to bring the legal status in line with the actual state of affairs," the Minister said.
