In the temporarily occupied city of Polohy, Zaporizhzhia region, the occupiers have seized and mined the interior of the central district hospital. Interestingly, wounded Russian servicemen are still in the hospital.

Russian occupiers continue to shell peaceful villages and towns in the Polohy district. The occupiers shell the civilian infrastructure in the settlements of Mala Tokmachka and Orikhiv almost every day. Many houses and shops have been destroyed.

As a result of shelling by Russian troops in the village of Inzhenerne, the attic of the School of Arts caught fire. The emergency services have put out the fire.

According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of the evening of 4 April and the morning of 5 April, the Ukrainian defenders of the Zaporizhzhia region have killed 24 occupiers and destroyed 6 armoured combat vehicles and 5 cars. 5 Russian soldiers have been wounded.

In addition, one armoured combat vehicle was seized and a satellite communication station and an enemy ammunition depot were destroyed near the village of Staromlynivka.
