The self-proclaimed president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and his government approved a list of states committing "unfriendly actions against the republic."

Details: The list is dated 6 April, and was published on the National Internet Portal on 8 April.

The "black list" includes 12 countries and the entire European Union. But Ukraine was not called "unfriendly."

Why it matters: Belarus, like Russia, is at war with Ukraine. Every evening, Russian rockets are launched from its territory, and at the beginning of the war, occupying forces entered Ukraine from Belarus.

Lukashenko says that he even carried out a special operation "to liberate Belarusians" on the territory of Ukraine without the knowledge of the Ukrainian authorities.
