Ukrainian Air Defence destroyed 9 aggressor targets on Wednesday, 4 May, including 2 fighter jets, 2 UAVs and three cruise missiles.

Details: Russian aggressors continued to launch missile strikes at the territory of Ukraine on 4 May. A total of nine air targets have been destroyed over the past 24 hours.

Air Force anti-aircraft missile units hit two Russian aircraft (Su-30 fighter jets according to preliminary estimates), two Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles and three cruise missiles.

Anti-aircraft missile units of the Land Forces destroyed two more aggressor UAVs.

Details: Yurii Ihnat stressed that Air Force aircraft are continuing to conduct missions in Ukrainian airspace. Strike groups of attack aircraft and bombers under the cover of fighter jets are carrying out missile and bomb strikes on the aggressors’ positions.
