Russia has said that convoys carrying foreign weapons to Ukraine will become "legitimate targets" for the Russian armed forces.

According to Ryabkov: "Russia has warned the United States of the consequences of arms transfers to Ukraine. Convoys with foreign weapons recklessly supplied to Ukraine will become legitimate targets for the Russian Armed Forces".
Details: He also added that lists of retaliatory personal sanctions against the US and the West are ready and will be made public soon.
In addition, Ryabkov said that Russia could resume a security dialogue with the US if Washington was ready for it.
At the same time, he noted that he "would not say that Russia's proposals on security guarantees remain fully in force, as the situation has changed."
