On the night of 18-19 April, Kharkiv was shelled, fighting continued in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, Mykolayiv was shelled from multiple rocket launchers, Grad rocket launchers were deployed in the shelling of Dnipropetrovsk, and there was artillery shelling all across the Kherson region.

Details: Kharkiv: Air raid alarms sounded all night as Russian shelling of residential neighbourhoods continued. Fighting intensified on the Izium front in the Kharkiv region. 15 civilians were wounded and 5 killed over the course of 18 April.

54,000 people were evacuated from the towns of Lozova and Barvinkove.

Luhansk region: The most fierce fighting took place in Kreminna and Popasna, where battles are now waged in the city centre, which remains under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Infrastructure of the Luhansk region is almost completely destroyed. No heavy shelling at night. On 18 April, 4 people were killed and 9 were injured.

Donetsk region: The cities of Avdiivka, Maryinka, Toretsk, New York, and Vuhledar were shelled with artillery and Grad rocket launchers. Heavy fighting in the Lyman area. Information on the destruction and casualties is currently being confirmed.

4 civilians killed, 5 wounded on 18 April.

No changes in Mariupol.

Dnipropetrovsk region: Air raids and Grad shelling on towns on the border with the Kherson region at night; no casualties. Calm in the morning.

Kherson region: Explosions and shelling throughout the region. The most critical situation is on the border of the Mykolayiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions (Stanyslav, Chornobaivka, Vysokopillia, Novovorontsovka, and Velyka Oleksandrivka territorial hromadas).

There is currently no information about destruction or casualties. Many towns of the region are suffering a humanitarian crisis, the situation is grave but stable.

Mykolayiv region: On the night of 18-19 April Mykolayiv was shelled from multiple rocket launchers. A residential building caught on fire.

A large number of unexploded cluster munitions has been found in the region; SES is working to neutralise them.

The villages of Lymany, Halytsynovo, and Balobanivka were also shelled.

Power lines and gas pipes were damaged; information is currently being clarified. So far, no victims have been reported.

The night passed relatively calmly in the Volyn, Zakarpattia, Rivne, Kirovohrad, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Kyiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions.
