Missile strikes that Russian troops carried out on Zaporizhzhia hit the island of Khortytsia; one of the strikes damaged a sanatorium building.

According to Starukh: "At 12.45 pm today the Russian army launched two cruise missiles on Zaporizhzhia. We can report on the details now.

The first missile hit the island of Khortytsia near the Preobrazhenskyi bridge. At the time, a Zaporizhzhia-Lviv evacuation train was moving along the rail tracks. The blast shattered windows in four of its carriages. The windows of cars that were crossing the bridge at the time also shattered.

At 1.30 pm the Russians carried out another strike on Khortytsia island. As a result, a sanatorium building belonging to one of the local enterprises was damaged. 8 people were injured."

Earlier: Russian troops carried out missile strikes on the city of Zaporizhzhia on 21 April, injuring 8 people.
