On 20 April, about 220 Russian military personnel and over 50 dead Russian soldiers were taken to Novoaidar hospital.

Russian troops intensified fighting along the entire frontline on the Donetsk and Tavriia fronts.

Security has been strengthened at military headquarters, communications centres, military camps, and arsenals, as well as munition and military equipment bases and warehouses, and fuels and lubricants storage facilities.
