President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia had already fired most of its missile arsenal at Ukraine, but they still have very many left.

But their actions to date surely are enough justification for the world to eventually recognize the Russian state as a sponsor of terrorism and the Russian army as a terrorist organization.

We will continue to insist on this in negotiations with our partners. There is simply no alternative to such recognition. Because it is true.

The Russian state has become a terrorist, and they are not ashamed. And if they are not ashamed, then they do what they do consciously. Therefore, they must bear maximum responsibility."
