Critical infrastructure in Chernihiv Region being restored - Regional Military Administration

The regional administration will start rebuilding critical infrastructure on 16 May, said Viacheslav Chaus, the Head of the Regional Military Administration.

Chaus's quote: "All procedures for transferring funds and approving estimates in the Ministry have been completed, and this week, I hope even today, the regional administration together with owners or administrators and contractors will begin rebuilding critical infrastructure: electricity, water, hospitals and kindergartens.

It is very difficult to live in Chernihiv without these facilities.

The second stage is the residential area stock. We will get to that too, but after the critical infrastructure."

Details: Chaus said that 150 million has already been allocated and are in the treasury accounts of oblast. Some finances have been transferred to the Capital Construction Department and work will begin on 16 May.
