He entered Ukraine on 8 February, 2022 and has remained until now. After the beginning of the Russian aggression, the pilot began to hide, and his mother would tell everyone that she had not seen her son for more than a year.

Quote: "He pretended to be a civil aviation retiree, although SBI officers obtained conclusive evidence that he belonged to the Russian army.

Also, the data collected may indicate that the Russian came to Ukraine as a so-called "canned" spy [spy that is not active for some time] to engage in sabotage and reconnaissance activities and direct the fire of the Russian military to objects of strategic importance belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defence, to gather data on their movements, on the location of checkpoints, nad on deployments of battalions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defence.

After completing all legal procedures, he will be transferred to the State Security Service of Ukraine."
