Russia launches Iskander ballistic missiles on Odesa Oblast

At dawn, the Russians attacked Odesa Oblast with two missiles, thought to be Iskander ballistic missiles.

Details: Bratchuk reported that an industrial facility was hit; an electricity substation and several buildings in its vicinity were also damaged. A fire broke out in a private garage; it has since been extinguished.

No casualties have been reported.
