Russian attack on Lutsk: energy facility damaged, 1 civilian sustains burns

Ihor Polishchuk, Mayor of Lutsk, said that an energy facility in Lutsk was damaged as a result of a Russian attack.

Quote from Polishchuk: "An energy infrastructure facility has been hit. A part of the city has had electricity cut off. Make sure you stock up on water. Rescue workers are at work at the site [of the attack]."

Details: The Mayor of Lutsk has later reported that the blast damaged a private house. One civilian sustained burns. Early reports indicate there were no fatalities.

Yurii Pohuliako, Head of the Volyn Oblast Military Administration, said that several towns and villages have had their electricity and water cut off; mobile phone service has also become patchy in places.
