Quote from Peskov: "There has not been a specific message in this instance, and there was never any talk about it."

Details: Peskov added that the President of Guinea-Bissau has "expressed a desire to convey Putin’s position [that Ukraine is blocking negotiations with the Russian Federation despite Russia’s willingness to negotiate - ed.] to the Ukrainian side during his meetings in Ukraine."

Previously: President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that despite relentless missile attacks on Ukraine, Russia has asked the president of Guinea-Bissau to relay its desire to "build bridges" and "unblock relations" with Ukraine.
