"The occupiers have introduced military censorship; they will check residents' phones and find out who a person communicates with and what they talk about, as well as what news they read and where they get them.

If the occupiers find a pro-Ukrainian source of information when ‘checking’ the phone, fines will be applied to the resident. If they find it a second time, ‘criminal liability’ will be applied. In other words, the Russian military will put a person ‘in the basement.’[The Russians use basements as a torture chambers]"
