Quote: "We are restoring our pedestrian-cycling bridge! The glass for the railing and the floor glass have been produced and delivered. And experts are already installing new glass elements to replace those damaged by the explosion of the Russian rocket. Out of 16 elements of the floor glass, 14 have already been replaced. The railing lighting is also being repaired."

Details: Employees of the Kyivavtoshliakhmist [municipal road service] carried out a detailed inspection of the bridge structures after addressing the consequences of the explosion on 10 October. The bridge’s structure is intact.

On the morning of 10 October, during the first massive attack on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, Russians hit Kyiv with missiles, including the Klychko bridge in the capital's downtown. The glass elements of the pedestrian-cycling bridge were damaged, but the cable and metal structures were untouched.
