Russia attacks critical infrastructure in Kharkiv; power cuts in part of Lviv

The Russian occupiers have struck the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv, causing power outages, while in Lviv, part of the city also has no electricity following explosions.

Quote from Terekhov: "A critical infrastructure facility has been attacked. There is currently no information on casualties. Due to the damage to the facility, there are problems with the power supply. Electric overground and underground transportation has been suspended."
