Taking into account the appeal of Oleksandr Kolomiets, Mayor of the Ladyzhyn City Council, we are deploying the work of the emergency headquarters to eliminate the consequences of the accident in the city."

Details: According to Borzov, the measures currently being taken by the Ladyzhyn City Council and its executive body are extremely insufficient because 18,000 residents are without heating.

The only way people can heat their homes is with electrical appliances.

Therefore, the coordination of forces and means of civil protection, military command and critical infrastructure enterprises is urgently needed, the head of the Oblast Military Administration noted.

The emergency headquarters is already working.

Quote: "We are doing everything to restore the operation of Ladyzhyn's heat networks. We are deploying additional heating points."

Background: The Russians attacked the Ladyzhyn TPP several times. Two strikes on 11 October are known and there was information about a strike on 17 October.

On 17 October, DTEK reported that part of the TPP equipment was seriously damaged as a result of those impacts, so the restoration of the operation of this equipment may take some time.

On 24 November, the company reported that due to numerous attacks by the enemy on the country's energy enterprises, heat supply and hot water supply were temporarily limited in the city of Ladyzhyn.
