Ukraine's Intelligence Chief: Some people in Russia are very easy to work with

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, said that there are people in Russia who are easy to work with and who understand that the country should be different.

Intelligence Chief Budanov repeated that Putin is terminally ill with cancer and has multiple body doubles. "It’s an open question if this [the current – ed.] Putin is real."
