Occupiers launch missiles twice and strike 23 times from MLRS – General Staff report

On Sunday, 12 February, Russians launched two missile attacks and 23 attacks from multiple-launch rocket systems, focusing on offensive actions on 5 fronts.

The occupiers concentrated their main efforts on conducting offensive actions on the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka fronts. They are strengthening their forces on the Lyman and Bakhmut fronts and actively using aircraft for launching attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian forces."

Details: On the Volyn, Polissia, Siversk and Slobozhan fronts, there have been no signs of Russian offensive groupings. 13 settlements were under attack during the day, among them Novovasylivka, Vovkivka, Kindrativka, Velyka Rybytsia and Zapsillia in Sumy Oblast and Vovchansk, Ambarne and Dvorichna in Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts, the occupiers launched mortar and artillery attacks on 17 settlements, such as Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Pishchane and Beresotve in Kharkiv Oblast and Novoselivske, Makiivka, Nevske, Debrova and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast.

On the Bakhmut front, Russians launched tank, mortar and artillery attacks on 13 settlements in total, including Spirne, Vasiukivka, Paraskoviivka, Zaliznianske, Chasiv Yar, Bakhmut and Klishchiivka in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Avdiivka and Novopavlivka fronts, 21 settlements were under tank, mortar and artillery attacks; among them were Tonenke, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Mariinka and Bohoyavlenka in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Zaporizhzhia front the settlements of Vremivka and Novopole in Donetsk Oblast, including Huliaipole, Stepove, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka and Mala Tokmachka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast and Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast came under fire during Russian attacks.

On the Kherson front, the occupiers launched attacks on the city of Kherson as well as 14 other settlements, including Mylove, Zmiivka, Vesele, Mykilske, Antonivka and Dniprovske.

Russians continue terrorising the residents of temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Oblast. This time, the least protected people, retirees, were under pressure; Russians forced them to obtain Russian passports, threatening to take away their pensions.

The Air Forces of the Defence Forces of Ukraine launched two attacks on the areas of concentration of Russian manpower and military equipment. Missile and artillery units of Ukraine struck eight areas of concentration of manpower, one anti-air system l and two ammunition storages of the occupiers.
