Konstantinov said that the nationalised assets include land plots, various buildings and premises, objects under construction, warehouses and much more. He added that after evaluating the seized property, it will be put up for auction and transferred to "interested owners".

Earlier, Sergei Aksyonov, the head of the occupation government of Crimea, said that all funds bargained for the sale of the nationalised property will go to the needs of participants in military operations in Ukraine. It is planned to receive 1 billion roubles (roughly US$13.5  mln) from the sale of nationalised assets.
