Russian soldiers hit apartment building in Kherson

Russian soldiers attacked a residential block in Kherson city on 9 February 2023, hitting an apartment building; one apartment burned down completely.

Quote: "On Thursday, Russian artillery attacked a residential block of Kherson again. The enemy hit a five-storey apartment building in Shumenskyi district of the city."

Details: The oblast military administration has reported that a fire broke out on the highest floor due to the strike, one apartment burned down completely. The search and rescue workers that have arrived at the scene have put out the fire. There were no casualties.
