Quote: "The Russian Federation is focusing its main efforts on conducting offensive operations on the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk fronts. Our warriors repelled over 95 enemy attacks yesterday on these fronts, including in the areas of Bilohorivka and Nevske (Luhansk Oblast), and Zaliznianske, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut and Ivanivske (Donetsk Oblast).

The enemy keeps violating the norms of international humanitarian law and continues to attack and shell civilian facilities and residential buildings, trying to destroy the critical infrastructure of our country.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 27 airstrikes and 4 missile strikes, as well as deployed multiple-launch rocket systems to fire more than 70 times. The threat of Russia launching missile strikes throughout Ukraine remains high."

Details: There were no signs of forming new hostile groups for an offensive on the Volyn, Polissia, Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna fronts. Russian forces deployed mortars and artillery to attack Iskryskivshchyna and Volfyne (Sumy Oblast), and Budarky, Veterynarne, Vilkhuvatka, Strilecha, Krasne, Ternova and Ohirtseve (Kharkiv Oblast).

On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts, Russian forces shelled the vicinity of Dvorichna, Hrianykivka, Masiutivka and Pishchane (Kharkiv Oblast), Kuzemivka, Bilohorivka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka and Serebrianka Forest (Luhansk Oblast), and Terny, Spirne and Rozdolivka (Donetsk Oblast).

Russian troops continue to assault the city of Bakhmut and its neighbouring settlements on the Bakhmut front. The settlements of Zaliznianske, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Kurdiumivka, Klishchiivka, Shyroka Balka, Ozarianivka, Druzhba, Hryhorivka, Maiorsk and New-York in Donetsk Oblast came under Russian fire.

Russian forces continued to carry out unsuccessful attacks on Ukrainian positions on the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk fronts near the settlements of Krasnohorivka, Kamianka, Sievierne, Pobieda and Marinka (Donetsk Oblast). Areas in and around 21 settlements, including Vesele, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Berdychi, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka and Vuhledar, were targeted by Russian fire.

Russian forces are on the defensive on the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson fronts, trying to create conditions for resuming the offensive. They shelled more than 40 settlements, including Novosilka and Vremivka (Donetsk Oblast), Zaliznychne, Huliaipole and Kamianske (Zaporizhzhia Oblast), and Vesele, Beryslav, Chornobaivka, Antonivka and Kherson (Kherson Oblast). There were casualties among civilians, and some civilian infrastructure facilities were also damaged.

The General Staff has reported that Russian occupiers are manoeuvring in order to deceive the Ukrainian Defence Forces by moving its equipment convoys near Nova Kakhovka (Kherson Oblast) and Armiansk (the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea). It is noted that these actions are triggering dissatisfaction among Russian military personnel because of the lack of fuel and even slight efficiency of these manoeuvres.

Ukrainian Air Forces carried out 12 airstrikes on clusters of Russian troops, and Rocket Forces and Artillery hit 3 command posts, 4 clusters of their military personnel and 1 air defence system position.
