Details: Prokudin has also said that bomb disposal experts have already traced almost 310 hectares of territory where water could have brought explosives, and four explosive devices have been found and defused.

On Saturday, search and rescue workers pumped out more than 24,000 tonnes of water from 82 residential buildings in the region.
