Three hundred contract workers are being trained in Russia’s Altai Krai, including former prisoners, drug addicts and hepatitis patients.

Details: According to the General Staff, the new recruits included former prisoners, men of low social status without documents, drug addicts and patients with hepatitis.

The General Staff adds that most of the specified persons have already applied to medical institutions to try to postpone their deployment to the war zones in Ukraine.
