Ukrainian Foreign Minister begins urgent consultations at UN due to Russia's withdrawal from grain agreement

Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, who is currently in New York to participate in UN events, began urgent consultations in connection with Russia's decision to withdraw from the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
