The IQ-quarter building, housing the offices of Russian ministries and federal companies, has been damaged overnight in Moscow.

Details: The news agency reports that the IQ-quarter houses the offices of Russian ministries: The Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Digital Development, as well as the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs, Rosaccreditation [Federal Accreditation Service] and Rosstandart [Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency].

The Russian Defence Ministry alleged that the UAVs "did not hit their intended targets".

Meanwhile, the media posted photos of the documents belonging to the Ministry of Digital Development carried away by the blast wave.

Background: The Kremlin-aligned news agency TASS reported an explosion in a 50-storey building located in Moscow-City.
