Russians attack Kherson centre in morning with Grad MLRS, killing civilian, injuring four others
Russian troops bombarded the centre of Kherson on the morning of 31 July using Grad multiple-launch rocket systems, killing one civilian and injuring four others.

Quote from Prokudin: "Today [31 July – ed.] at around 08:20, the occupiers attacked the central part of Kherson using Grad multiple-launch rocket systems. An employee of a city utility company came under enemy fire."
Details: The head of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration said that the man died on the spot from his injuries.
Roman Mrochko, Head of Kherson City Military Administration, added that two more people had been injured and are in hospital.
Later, he reported that four people were taken to hospital. All of them are employees of the utility company of the Kherson City Council.
