63 countries have supported Ukraine's Peace Formula

Eight more countries have supported the Ukrainian Formula of Peace, increasing the total number to 63 states.

Details: According to Yermak, a meeting was held on Friday with the ambassadors of Albania, Cyprus, Malaysia, Moldova, Malta, Slovenia, Thailand and Vietnam, where diplomats said they were joining the Ukrainian Peace Formula.

The participants also discussed the environment.

Quote: "We discussed the colossal damage to Ukraine’s environment caused by the war.

We are working on assessing these losses so that they become part of compensation, reparations that will be presented to the occupying country for payment."

Background: On 5-6 August, Saudi Arabia hosted a meeting on the upcoming Peace Formula Summit, which was proposed by Kyiv. It was attended by national security and political advisers to leaders of about 40 countries. Among them were those who are not part of the western camp, including China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Chile and South Africa.
