Ukrainian defenders kill 530 Russian soldiers and destroy 14 Russian tanks in one day

Ukraine’s Defence Forces killed another 530 Russian invaders and destroyed 14 tanks and 25 artillery systems belonging to the Russians over the past day.

Details: Total combat losses of the Russian forces from 24 February 2022 to 29 August 2023 are estimated to be as follows (figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.):
- approximately 261,840 (+530) military personnel
- 4,414 (+14) tanks
- 8,579 (+17) armoured combat vehicles
- 5,450 (+25) artillery systems
- 733 (+3) multiple-launch rocket systems
- 500 (+1) air defence systems
- 315 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft
- 316 (+0) helicopters
- 4,387 (+4) operational-tactical UAVs
- 1,419 (+4) cruise missiles
- 18 (+0) ships/boats
- 7,909 (+43) vehicles and tankers
- 820 (+11) special vehicles and other equipment.
