Roman Starovoit, governor of Kursk Oblast in Russia, has reported a drone attack on the city of Rylsk.

Details: According to the Russian official, an explosive device was dropped from a drone in Rylsk, Kursk Oblast. No one was injured, only the facades of buildings were damaged and several windows were shattered in two buildings.

An hour after the first attack, Starovoit reported a second drone attack on Lenin Street. This time, the roof was damaged and windows were broken in an administrative building.
