- Russia is preparing a lawsuit in order to sabotage any attempts by the US or the EU to confiscate the part of frozen assets of the Central Bank in the amount of US$300 billion in favour of Ukraine.
- The confiscation of frozen Russian assets will require a collective decision by all the countries possessing these assets, and will take time, said Penny Pritzker, US Special Representative for Ukraine's Economic Recovery.
