Russian Foreign Minister holds talks with Turkish counterpart

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has held talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at the UN headquarters.

Earlier, Lavrov met at the UN with the foreign ministers of Iran, Lebanon and Indonesia."

Background: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's plane travelled from Moscow to the United States via the northern route, avoiding overflying unfriendly countries, in 12 hours and 45 minutes.
