Lukashenko's Quote: "I just want to outline our current position for the first time, which has been brought to the attention of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to implement it.

There can be no negotiations without the participation of Belarus. Since you got us involved in this, first of all the Western countries, then naturally, the position of Belarus should be voiced at these negotiations.

We are not coming from the fact that we were ‘loaded into the same basket’ with Russia. No. We are coming from the fact that this war is right next door to our country. And it seriously influences the situation in Belarus. Therefore, there can be no separate agreements behind Belarus' back."

Details: After the meeting of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei said that "Ukraine and Russia have been informed of the position on the need for Belarus to participate in the negotiations."
