Russian occupation regime issues Russian passports to Donetsk residents

The Russian occupation regime in Donetsk has opened two centres where local residents can be issued with a Russian passport.

Details: The announcement states that centres for issuing Russian passports have opened on Zaitseva Street in the Budionivskyi district of the city of Donetsk.

It adds that Russia passports are issued to applicants according to a simplified procedure.
