Details: The Derhachi City Council shared a photograph and a video, in which Ukrainian flags fly over the villages of Kozacha Lopan and Tokarivka.

Viacheslav Zadorenko, the head of the Derhachi hromada, shared a video from Kozacha Lopan, in which local residents are seen greeting him and Ukrainian soldiers.

"Kozacha Lopan has always been [part of]Ukraine, it is [Ukraine], and it will always remain [Ukraine]. This is no ‘Russian world’ and there will never be [any] room for ‘Russian world’ here," Zadorenko said. [Russkiy mir, literally "Russian world" or "Russian order," is the concept of total domination of Russian culture over other cultures; it gives rise to and "legitimises" Russia’s current expansionist, colonial politics - ed.]

Zadorennko also said that the head of the village raised a Ukrainian flag over the village council on the morning of Sunday, 11 September. He added that as of this day, she has returned to her official duties.

Previously: The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has admitted the withdrawal of Russian forces from Kharkiv Oblast. The map shared by the Ministry indicated there were no Russian troops left in the northern part of Kharkiv Oblast.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine hadliberated over 40 cities, towns and villages in Kharkiv Oblast.
