Details: Igor Konashenkov, the representative of the Ministry of Defence of Russia, presented the map of Kharkiv Oblast, showing that Russia only controls a minor part of Kharkiv Oblast behind the Oskil river.

The Russian-occupied territories are marked with orange colour.

On 10 September, the Russian map showed huge territories controlled by the occupying forces in Ukraine. Now these territories are Ukraine-controlled, which Russia itself admits.

In particular, judging from the map, Russian forces left the town of Vovchansk, not far from the Ukrainian-Russian state border.
