Details: It is reported that in the afternoon, the administration of Moscow City towers B and C received a call about the threat of the arrival of a kamikaze drone.

About 2,000 people were evacuated from the first high-rise. It is reported that the decision to evacuate the second tower has not yet been made.

Later, the emergency services said that the information about the drone was not confirmed and that no emergencies were registered.

It is noted that telephone terrorists allegedly reported the threat after publishing a video with a "swarm of drones over Serpukhov" on Telegram channels.

At the same time, the Podiom media outlet reported that people got scared and confused the planes of the Serpukhov Flying Club with drones. On the afternoon of 18 August, five Yak-52s were flying from Serpukhov to the city of Vladimir.

Quote from a club representative: "We have standard training flights. We have been flying here every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 86 years. In the morning, a group of sport aircraft took off; they flew to Volodymyr for demonstrations. These are not drones; these are our guys, and they flew as a group to perform on City Day; there were five planes. Everything was agreed upon, and everything was legal."

Later, Telegram channels reported that people had also been evacuated from the VTB Arena Plaza Shopping Centre, allegedly due to a mine threat.
